Steak is a one simple word that spells a whole lot of pleasure and pressure. Some are so good they demand penance on the gym. Darn’t!

Just like this U.S.D.A. Prime, Dry-Aged Steak,  we tried from Wolfgang Steakhouse at Resort’s World. There are not enough words to describe the experience but it is a many wonderful things at once; crispy, succulent, smoky, perfection… ambrosial.  It induces a kind of euphoria and a stab of guilt, and the feeling of wanting to commit gluttony all over again, in no particular order.
