Dear parents,

I know you wanna see a movie with your kiddo/s, sort of a bonding with them. I fully understand too that there are times like this (just like any other Marvel fan) that you’re desperate to see another Marvel film, alone or just with the husband. But unfortunately you can’t, because noone’s to look after the kids. No yayas, no extended family available because perhaps they’re out watching too?! No momma shaming, I’ve been there many times, those trying times when I felt the strong urge of taking in my child but sadly, strollers aren’t allowed inside the theatre, haha. I had to pass, many times over.

So I feel you. I feel the anxiety. But mommy and daddy, we have to wait. For the right time and for Pete’s sake, for the right film! I get you. I Definitely do! You wanna see a movie with you kid, why not?! Lalu na kung Pixar movies okay eh pero wag naman sa movie na gaya ng Capt Marvel or plsssss wag sa “End Game” ng Avengers. May movies na para sa mga bata, and when I say bata, it means tiny people who don’t yell “da da da” or “maaaaaa” in the middle of a very important dialogue unveiling the Kree-Skrull war.

Matuwain ako sa kids pero kapag habang nasa gitna ka ng pagninilay at pagtatagpi ng movie at theories at mga past episodes ng Marvel nang may sisigaw at hinahanap si Iron Man sa tatay nya, tapos sasagot ng “daaaaaaaa” sa isa pang sigaw ng “maaaaaa” sa batang nasa 3 rows ang pagitan, parang gusto ko talaga bigla maging si Thanos at pulbusin ang mga batang to!

Dba? I paid for the movie. I can actually watch it in the comfort of my home after few months but I chose to spend money for tickets, popcorn, soda, toll gate, car gas, car parking not for the experience alone but because just like you, I wanna freakin see it, ASAP! Hindi ako nagbayad para damayan ka sa pag endure sa tantrums ng anak mo habang nasa fight scene si Carol aka Capt Marvel. Oh pls! Mommy din ako, I am not being harsh, gaya ng sinabi ko madami times na mas pinili ko mag antay kesa maka istorbo ng iba. Manners pls.

Gusto ko na tuloy sumulat din sa mga malls at movie house, na magtayo kaya sila day care center na malapit sa sinehan para pwede iwan ng mga ayaw papigil na parents mga anak nila habang nanonood sila. Pwede din lagyan ng malaking screen un daycare room, rolling yun same movie para hindi unfair sa mga bagets.
