Because I’m feeling a bit under the weather, I’m juicing. Gotta flush out toxins that’s dragging my body down. Caught up between meetings and baking, perhaps this is my body’s way of saying, it’s missing the gym.
I’m quite hesitant putting Chia Seeds cause the texture makes me cringe but I was told it’s a good source of antioxidants that our immune systems need to keep us healthy and well.
Okay, maybe I’ll give it a try. As the old saying goes, “No pain, No gain”, “No I’d, no entry”!
